Pupil Premium

At Claverdon Primary School, we use the Pupil Premium Grant strategically to support pupils who may face disadvantage, ensuring they can achieve their full potential.

Our approach is informed by DfE guidance and follows a 3‑year strategy, allowing us to plan support consistently and evaluate the impact of our actions over time. This ensures that provision meets the needs of all learners while quickly addressing barriers to learning as they arise.

Although the publication of a strategy is not a statutory requirement, we review and report on the impact of Pupil Premium provision annually. Each update explains:

How the funding has been used
The progress and outcomes achieved by eligible pupils
Planned actions and priorities for the year ahead

Our updated Pupil Premium strategy statement is published on the school website by the end of the Autumn Term each academic year.
