Topics
In Class 6, we study a variety of different types of topics including:
DT - Making slippers
History - The Aztecs and a study on a famous person (John Lennon)
Geography - Rivers and Mountains
PSHE - The Global Community, Sex & Relationships and Drugs Education
Class 6 also provide House Captains and are the Reception Class buddies. At Christmas, the children take responsibility for organisation and performance of a carol concert.
The children take part in a summer production and Transition programme as well as a PGL residential team building activity visit to Wales.
Traditionally, children from Claverdon School move on to a large number of different secondary schools at the end of Year 6. These include:
