School Uniform

Order Your Uniform Here

We are gradually moving our source of school uniform to an online ordering service as we run out of stock in school. To place an order, please visit the website at http://www.orchardclothing.co.uk

From the home page, select ‘Find your School’ and then click on the school logo. The password is the school postcode CV358QA (case sensitive, no gaps).

To place an order you will first need to register/log in. You can choose home delivery for a small P&P charge or free bulk delivery to school for you to collect which will be delivered on the 1st of the month.

Clothing prices have been held at the recent ‘sale’ prices. If you cannot find what you are looking for then we probably still have it in stock.

If you have any queries please contact the Office.

Community Cohesion

This is the new agenda aiming to bring communities across the country together. It starts with children and school, but extends outwards to families and the wider community.

The governors have set up a small working party to look at community cohesion and I have raised it with the PTA committee. There are lots of exciting possibilities for us to explore. We are not working alone as we are part of the Henley Extended Services cluster (of schools and community groups) and our cluster has linked with the Aston cluster in Birmingham. We have made a direct link with Birchfield Community Primary School. We had a cluster meeting this week and we were able to meet each other. I went to the meeting with two governors Mr. Martin Head and Mr. David Phillips. David gave a presentation giving the governors' perspective and Miss Moira Foster-Brown, Headteacher of Birchfield Primary School, spoke about the school and the local community.

Our next steps will be to work together to plan purposeful learning based projects that pupils can work on together. We shall be using ICT to support the project and we’ll be setting up an area for children to ‘meet’ online via the Warwickshire learning platform.

Claverdon Primary School is situated in a rural village between Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon in South Warwickshire. The children are aged between 4 and 11 years and are organised into 7 classes, one for each year group, with three classes for infants and four classes for the juniors.

As a school, we give a high priority to literacy and numeracy which are at the heart of the curriculum. We also have a wide range of after school and enhanced curriculum activities, setting high standards in all aspects of school life.
